I have a high ceiling, can I customize the length of the rod or the length of the cord?
If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service.
If you do not know the specific extension, you can measure the height of the ceiling and send it to us.We will help you ask our experienced designers and give you some advises according to the measurements.

How to hang on a vaulted ceiling?
If the light fixture needs to be installed on a vaulted ceiling, please contact us after placing your order. We will prepare special fittings for the vaulted ceiling.

Are your products the same as those of well-known brands?
We just use the same materials, colors, sizes and production process. We have our own factory to produce and manufacture these lamps.
How is the order processed after I place a result?
We will send you an order confirmation email after you have placed the order. After your order is successfully processed and shipped, we will update you with your logistics tracking number by email. When your shipments are about to deliver, we will also update you with the logistics dispatch notification in the email.
Do you replace parts damaged during shipping for free?
Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if there is a defect in shipping or manufacturing. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.
Usually, we will not encounter such problems. We have done many anti-fall tests. In order to protect every piece of glass and crystal, we will not only carefully pack inside the package, but also have a solid wooden box outside to protect the safety of the goods.
What should I do if there is a problem during the installation process?
We recommend checking if the parts of the lighting are complete one week before the installation in advance. Our fixtures are very easy to install and can be installed by an average electrician.
If there are some unsolvable problems during the installation process, you can contact customer service support for help. Note that violent operation is prohibited. Unless there is a very good solution.
