Quality Assurance: Upon completion of production, we conduct rigorous testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the customized products. We capture videos and pictures to share with the customer, allowing them to confirm the product's adherence to their expectations.

Change owners/cancellation policy
For all custom lighting orders, changes and cancellations can only be accepted during the drawing confirmation stage and prior to the commencement of production. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

A: If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service.
If you do not know the specific extension, you can measure the height of the ceiling and send it to us.

Q: How to hang from a vaulted ceiling?
A: If the light fixture needs to be installed on a vaulted ceiling, please contact us after placing your order. We will prepare special fittings for the vaulted ceiling.
Q: Do you replace parts damaged during shipping for free?
A: Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if there is a defect in shipping or manufacturing. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.
Q: How to customize products?
A: If you do not find a specific design of chandelier in our website that you like, but you need to do is provide pictures or design drawing . Please send us photos or drawings of the lamps and you specify base size, color and material.

A: We just use the same materials, colors, sizes and production process. We have our own factory to produce and manufacture these lamps.
Q: What should I do if there is a problem during the installation process?
A: We recommend checking if the parts of the lighting are complete one week before the installation in advance.
Our fixtures are very easy to install and can be installed by an average electrician.
If there are some unsolvable problems during the installation process, you can contact customer service support for help. Note that violent operation is prohibited. Unless there is a very good solution.
